On working days we will send you a quote within 12 hours.
3) Do you supply samples? Is it free or does it cost?
Yes, the buyer just needs to pay for the sample to set up and pay for the materials and courier.
And when it goes into mass production, it will be returned.
4) Once you have received my drawing, will it
Yes, unless we have your permission, we will not share your design with anyone else.
5) Deal with poor quality parts on arrival?
All our products are subject to QC inspection and acceptance with inspection report before delivery.
Please contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy. We will do a root cause analysis of the problems.
We will arrange for your product to be re-manufactured or for you to receive a refund.
6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Trial orders are welcome before mass production, depending on the product.
7) Do you offer ODM/OEM services?
OEM / ODM is welcome, We have a professional and creative R&D team; D team and custom colours are available as an option. We do everything (design, prototype testing, tooling and production) in house from concept to finished product.
