1) Are you a manufacturer or a distributor
We are a manufacturing company. We can offer you a very competitive price and get this done as quickly as possible.
2) How do I get an estimate?
Please provide 2D / 3D files or samples to specify material requirements, surface treatment and other requirements.
Drawing format: IGS, .STEP, .STP, .JPEG, .PDF, .DWG, .DXF, .CAD…
We will get back to you with a quote within 12 hours on a working day.
3) Do you provide samples? Is it free of charge or does it cost something?
Yes, all the buyer has to do is pay for the sample to be set up and pay for the materials and the courier.
It will be returned when it goes into mass production.
4) If you are in receipt of my drawing, will it be?
Yes, we will not share what you've designed with anyone else unless you allow us to.
5) Are you dealing with poor quality parts when they arrive?
All our products are QC inspected and approved with a test report before despatch.
If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately. We are going to analyse why this is happening.
We will arrange for the re-manufacturing of your product or a refund.
6) How much do you need to order?
Depending on the product, trial orders may be welcome prior to mass production.
7) Are your services ODM/OEM?
OEM / ODM is welcome, We have a professional and creative R & D department;D team; D-Team and customised colours are available to order. From concept to finished product, we do it all in-house (design, prototype testing, tooling and production).
